I have always wondered what each celebrity does to stayed in shape, and http://justjared.buzznet.com knows how Ashley Tisdale keeps in shape.
“I like to work out at least two times a week,” Ashley has said. “I do cardio for 30 minutes then I do weights. I used to have a trainer but I just moved gyms. I’m really into eating healthy and working out.”
At least two times a week. I do 60 minutes a day, and I do not look at her. Okay, that was not a fair comment. I just started my workouts. The main point is that she eats healthy. The exercise is just a bonus.
So What Will Sharpay Be Wear?

Caroline Marx, who is the movie custom designer, lets us know what Ashley Tisdale got to wear.
Caroline shared, “[Sharpay’s look is] very expensive, fashion forward, and over the top. 60% of her wardrobe I actually designed and had made. We kept away from [Sharpay’s signature] bubble gum pink and used fuschia instead, which is a hot color this coming season. Ashley wanted a lot of crystals on her character’s clothing, so I added Swarovski crystals to some amazing dresses that were from Miss Sixty [and other clothing from Marc Jacobs, L.A.M.B., Dolce & Gabbana, Juicy Couture, and Betsey Johnson.]”
The outfits sound beautiful and I bet they stand out on the screen. It is just too bad I do not have the money for those outfits.
Ashley Celebrates Her Older Sister’s 27th Birthday
According to http://justjared.buzznet.com, Ashley Tisdale hosted the birthday celebration for her sister, Jennifer. The celebration was held at the Bank inside the Bellagio Hotel and Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
That was nice of Ashley to do that for her sister.
Recently Ashley was asked, if Sharpay was still trying to get Troy away from Gabriella, in HSM 3.
“She’s kind of over Troy this time round! Okay, so she’s always gonna have a little bit of a crush on him [laughs], but she’s focused on the fact that someone from East High is going to be awarded a scholarship to a top performing arts college and, of course, she thinks it should be her. She also has a new friend, Tiara (Jemma McKenzie-Brown), who’s a sophomore and becomes her assistant. Sharpay is very good at bossing her around!”
I bet Sharpay is. The release of the movie is coming up soon. It will be out in the United States on October 24.
Was Ashley Popular In School?
Growing up, I had my group of friends, and we welcomed anyone in. It did not matter how high up you were on the popular scale. I am not even sure where I registered. I wore mostly black. I wrote and was quiet. Well that was until I was in front of an audience.
Ashley talked to J-14 Magazine about how cool she was in school.
“I moved from New Jersey to California, so I didn’t really fit in anywhere. I knew the popular kids and the jocks. I mingled with all of them. I was a floater.”
It is hard to fit in with any group when you move, especially when you moved around a lot. I am grateful for my friends and could tell them anything. I wonder where they are today.
Ashley’s Birthday
According to the September Issue of J-14 magazine, Ashley Tisdale had a great time on her 23rd birthday. Ashley had her boyfriend and family around her in Hawaii. The couple walked along the beach holding hands, they sailed with Ashley’s family, and they even took time to relax, together under the sun.
