Tell us about your new album.

“I’m really excited about it, and I can’t wait for the fans to hear it. Recording was fun, and I think it shows a different side of me. It has more of a guitar-driven edge, and I feel like it’s more mature.”

So are you single now?

”No, I have a boyfriend.”

What is on your iPod right now?

”Lady Gaga and Boys Like Girls.”

How do you keep your name out of the gossip mags?

“I keep my work separate from my personal life, and I don’t really involve myself in the party scene. I want to be known for the work I do, and that’s what I really try to focus on.”

Where do you see yourself it five years?

“I don’t like to look that far ahead. I try to go day by day. I’d love to do more movies and acting so that I keep challenging myself and get better at my craft.

A Fan in the Hospital Changed Ashley Tisdale’s Life

Ashley Tisdale sat down the July 2009 issue of M Magazine, and talked about a fan in the hospital that changed her life,

“One of the hardest moments when I first started on Suite Life was meeting a sick fan. I didn’t fall apart in from of the little boy because I wanted to be positive and make his day. But I kept thinking ‘How am I going to get though this? This is so hard.’ He was so sweet and taught me to be grateful and grounded.”

What a brave little boy. I am sure that Ashley will never forget him.

A Mean Girl Ruined Ashley’s Prom

In the July 2009 issue of M Magazine, Ashley talked about a girl that ruined her prom.

“Since I didn’t have a date to prom, I went with my best friend. But a popular girl was mean to us all night and ruined our prom!”

I did not take my boyfriend to my prom. He was a lot older and would rather hang out with his friends at a bar. Luckily, I went with a group of friends and for the most part we had a great time. The bad part is that most of us were sick the next morning.

Ashley Tisdale is set to appear on Extreme Make Over Home Edition, according to http://justjaredjr.buzznet.com. She will be lending a hand to Ty Pennington. They will be building a new home for the Hamptons from Green County, Mississippi. The couple took in four of their nieces and nephews and add that to their own to children – - makes 8 people in this small one bedroom, one bath cottage.

While the family is getting a nice house, they will be sailing on the Disney Cruise.

Music Video

According to http://music.rightcelebrity.com, Ashley Tisdale is going to be in the video for Boys Likes Girls song, “Love Drunk.” The single will be released on September 8, 2009.

Tisdale told MTV News on the video’s set, “Actually, I’m a really big fan of Boys Like Girls. I love their music. It’s super exciting. I’ve always dreamt about being in it.”

Frontman Martin Johnson said, “When we were thinking about girls for the video, it seemed like it would be a great idea to bring her in. I think she’s going to kill the role. We’re super stoked to have her a part of it. It’s cool to have a fan of the band that’s an actress come in and want to be a part of it. It’s fun. It’s kind of celebrating — skipping your way out gracefully with a nice flip of the bird rather than crying your way home to mommy. It’s cool, ’cause the song has a twist to it. It’s about having been love-drunk and then saying goodbye.”
