Here’s ‘High School Musical’ star Ashley Tisdale on the set of her new movie, ‘High Stakes.’ Here’s a description of it:

Sharpay and her pet dog, Boi, travel to New York City for a role in a Broadway hit, only to discover the part wasn’t what she expected.

From the wardrobe, I’m guessing this is a campy-type of comedy that’s meant to appeal to the Disney crowd (and I don’t mean that in a snarky way). I’m tempted to see it just for the dog: what a cutie

Ashley Tisdale lets out a big laugh as she continues to film on Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventures in Toronto on Tuesday afternoon (June 8).

It was just announced today whoAustin Butler and Bradley Steven Perry will be playing! They werespotted out to dinner with Ashley and her family a few weeks ago.

Austin is confident film student Peyton Leverett and Bradley is the precocious young dog owner and Sharpay’s nemesis, Roger Elliston the 3rd.

Also joining the cast are Cameron Goodman as a Broadway star with Sharpay on her radar, Alec Mapa as Broadway show director Gill Samms, and Jack Plotnick as the upbeat and enthusiastic scribe, Neal Roberts.

The new DCOM will also feature four original songs by songwriters Randy Petersen and Kevin Quinn, Matthew Tishler and Amy Powers, David Lawrence and Faye Greenberg.

Still at the Soho Metropolitan Hotel in Toronto, Ashley Tisdale trades Sharpay’s signature pink in for sparkling white on Monday afternoon (June 7).

The 24-year-old actress was spotted out over the weekend and earlier today in bright pink outfits.

WHICH IS YOUR favorite Sharpay outfit so far?

Filming at the Soho International Hotel in Toronto on Sunday afternoon (June 6), the 24-year-old actress was spotted with two more “pink” looks for her upcoming DCOM, Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventures.

Sadly, we don’t think that’s Manly who’s playing “Boi.” Manly, who rose to stardom in High School Musical 2 is actually Kenny Ortega’s dog!

Ashley was caught earlier in a stunning and sparkly pink overcoat. Remember to keep sending us questions for Ashley too!

Blessed with a day off, Ashley Tisdale wears her heart on her sunglasses as she leaves a nail appointment in Yorkville district of Toronto on Saturday afternoon (June 5).

Also seen out earlier in the week was Austin Butler, who is rumored to be costarring with Ashley in the upcoming Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventures. He also starred alongside Ash in Aliens in the Attic.

ATC is heading up to Toronto to visit Ashley on set soon — so start letting us know what you want us to ask her!

Ashley Tisdale holds onto Maui in her arms as she heads into a studio in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon (May 21).

Not only does the 24-year-old actress have an upcoming TV series (Hellcats) and a DCOM (Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventures) coming out, she’s also signed on to a new Jason Fuchs‘ project called The Last First Time.

In an interview with the NY Post,Jason shared, “It’s an apocalyptic romantic comedy. I play a college freshman who is still a virgin and he discovers that the world is going to be destroyed by a meteor in 48 hours. So I decide to take advantage of that and hook up with a girl I’ve had a crush on since 6th grade, played by Ashley. It goes very badly.”

The 24-year-old actress shared with a source last week at the CW Upfronts in NYC about her upcoming DCOM, “It’s Sharpay’s story this time. She was always the one you loved to hate, but in this one [movie] you’re going to love her.”

Ashley continued, “You’re going to find out why she is the way she is.”

Ashley Tisdale: Peep Inside My Home!

Ashley Tisdale sits inside her massive closet in a new feature from the June 2010 issue of InStylemagazine.

The 24-year-old actress offers a unique view of her new home in Toluca Lake, Calif., and dished about what inspired her to decorate and her “contractor” gene.

Part of Ashley’s new home — the pool area and backyard — were modeled loosely on Las Ventanas in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, which is one of Ash’s favorite hotels in the tropics.

Ashley shared, “I definitely got my dad’s [Mike] ‘construction’ gene. When I was younger, I had my own tool belt. I can build anything from Ikea! Also, whenever I travel, I get really into the architecture of the buildings.”
